Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, specifications and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.
As our products feature handcrafted embroidery and artisanal workmanship, slight variations in embroidery, fabric texture, finishing or color may naturally occur. Such variations are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
Actual product colors may also vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, screen resolution and individual device settings.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Unless otherwise stated, product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
LUCKNOWI BY MS reserves the right to modify product prices, promotional offers or product availability at any time without prior notice. Such changes shall not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Orders & Payment
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability.
We currently accept prepaid orders only through the payment methods made available during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is presently not available.
Customers are required to provide a valid email address and mobile number while placing an order to facilitate order confirmation, invoicing and order-related communication.
An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and verification.
Order confirmation sent by email acknowledges receipt of your order request and does not constitute final acceptance until the order has been processed by LUCKNOWI BY MS.
Order Cancellation by LUCKNOWI BY MS
LUCKNOWI BY MS reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, prior to dispatch if, including but not limited to:
* The ordered product is unavailable or out of stock.
* The product does not meet our quality standards during final quality inspection.
* A manufacturing defect, damage or quality issue is identified before dispatch.
* An inventory discrepancy or technical error occurs.
* Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed due to a system or technical error.
* The order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen operational circumstances.
In the event that an order is cancelled by LUCKNOWI BY MS, the customer will be notified through the registered email address, WhatsApp or phone number provided while placing the order.
The customer may contact us through email , phone call or WhatsApp by quoting the order number for further assistance. Subject to product availability, the customer may choose to place an order for any other available product. Amount already paid shall be adjusted against the new order.
Shipping & Delivery
Order processing, dispatch, shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
While every effort is made to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery schedules may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
