In the heart of Lucknow, the city renowned for its timeless Chikankari craftsmanship, Mr. Mazhar Abbas laid the foundation of MS ARTS in 1995. His journey, however, began much earlier.

After losing his father at the tender age of five, life demanded strength before childhood had even passed. As he grew older, he began learning the intricate art of Lucknowi hand embroidery at a young age, not merely as a skill, but as a way to support his family and build a better future.

With unwavering dedication, countless hours of hard work, and an uncompromising commitment to quality, he transformed a small wholesale manufacturing unit into a trusted name in authentic Lucknowi Chikankari. For nearly three decades, MS ARTS remained behind the scenes, creating handcrafted masterpieces for businesses while preserving the rich heritage of Lucknow’s artisans.

Inspired by this legacy, the next generation launched LUCKNOWI BY MS in 2023 with a simple vision—to bring our family’s craftsmanship directly to customers across India and around the world.

Today, every garment is handcrafted by skilled artisans using techniques passed down through generations. From delicate Lucknowi Chikankari to intricate Mukaish (Kamdani), elegant Zardozi, and timeless Parsi embroidery, each creation reflects patience, artistry, and the heritage that has defined our family for over three decades.
